In this role you will use your technical expertise and business acumen to empower our sales efforts across our full product portfolio. You ll collaborate closely with the sales team helping customers and partners understand the real value of advanced ICT solutions. As a Presales Engineer you ll play a key role in the sales lifecycle bridging the gap between our sales and technical worlds. Youll support the sales team in building customer trust delivering solutionoriented presentations and designing impactful proposals that respond to real business challenges.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to sales managers customers and channel partners.
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and challenges.
Design and present endtoend ICT solutions using our full product portfolio.
Prepare tailored solution proposals BoMs and tender responses.
Deliver technical workshops webinars and product demonstrations.
Support proofofconcept implementations and solution validations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Sales Marketing) to ensure alignment of offering and messaging.
Stay uptodate with industry developments emerging technologies and market trends.
3 7 years of experience in a presales systems engineering or technical consultant role.
Solid understanding of networking security cloud unified communications solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of translating technical details into business value.
Proactive mindset problemsolving attitude and strong team spirit.
Fluency in both English and Greek.
Ability to work onsite fulltime at our PartnerNET offices.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Greece and Cyprus for partner and client meetings.
Certifications (such as CCNA NSE Grandstream GSP) and experience with vendors or valueadded distributors will be considered a strong plus.
