Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AWS Developer with strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services and handson experience with Amazon Connect to join our innovative team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and deploying AWSbased solutions to create seamless scalable and reliable services that meet business needs. You will also play a key role in managing Amazon Connect implementations to improve customer experience operations.

Requirements

Develop and maintain cloudbased software applications using AWS services such as Lambda DynamoDB API Gateway S3 and CloudWatch.

Design and deploy Amazon Connect solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Write scalable highquality backend code using Python (AWS Lambda functions) and .

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AWSbased solutions with existing applications and systems.

Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to integrate systems and ensure smooth communication between services.

Perform cloud architecture design and develop solutions that adhere to best practices in terms of scalability security and maintainability.

Monitor troubleshoot and optimize applications and services for performance availability and costefficiency.

Provide ongoing support for Amazon Connect implementations and address any integration issues that arise.

Contribute to the improvement of system architecture code quality and overall cloud strategy.

510 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AWS technologies.

Proven experience in Amazon Connect implementations and customizations.

Deep understanding of AWS Cloud services: Lambda DynamoDB API Gateway CloudWatch S3 and others.

Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (including AWS Lambda).

Solid knowledge of for backend logic development.

Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Strong knowledge of AWS best practices for scalability security and cost optimization.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools for cloud environments.

Excellent troubleshooting debugging and problemsolving skills in cloudbased environments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

AWS Certifications are a plus (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Associate).

Good understanding of cloud architecture best practices and design patterns.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
