Your role in a team:
Drive European expansion: Lead crossfunctional teams in executing market entry strategies and launch highimpact activities for our insurance verticals across Europe.
Strategic project management: Take full ownership of highpriority initiatives effectively managing timelines milestones and deliverables while driving alignment and accountability across departments.
Revenue growth strategy development: Monitor analyze and explore growth potentials and create actionable strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth in close collaboration with the strategic research team.
CLevel engagement: Work directly with senior executives providing insights updates and strategic recommendations to influence key business decisions.
Project management excellence: Act as a facilitator for building and scaling bestpractice project management capabilities across the organization fostering a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including external partners to ensure alignment effective communication and successful collaboration on strategic initiatives.
