Job Description

As a Site IT Manager youll work in a highreaching environment where innovation meets strict compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with site leadership to identify and efficiently implement Digital solutions

Guide and support a team of manufacturing and lab IT professionals encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Support quality teams to maintain perfect regulatory compliance and robust security standards.

Handle budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines.

Implement innovative solutions while balancing growth and modernization of site technology.

Act as a liaison between site and global IT teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.

Coordinate IT projects from conception to completion

Qualifications

Bachelors or equivalent experience in Computer Science IT or related field; Masters or equivalent experience preferred

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or lab related IT roles with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.

Solid understanding of GMP FDA GAMP and other regulatory standards

Consistent track record in implementing IT solutions in manufacturing and lab environments

Outstanding project management leadership and communication skills

Key Skills

IT system integration and optimization

Data integrity and security management

Budget planning and cost control
