Job Description

KEY OUTCOMES (KPIS)

1 OUTCOME: Research and develop key account campaign

Research and create recommendations for a successful B2B campaign to nurture both existing customers and prospects including a mix of seed boxes direct mail email and other possible communication mediums

Once campaign is outlined work with the Marketing Team and graphic design to provide creative direction

2 OUTCOME: Update Competitive Intel Bank

Conduct competitor research and update the Competitive Intel Teams channel

Provide a digest of findings at the end of the internship

3 OUTCOME: Positive Employee Relations

Participate and contribute to the advancement of employee engagement and serve activities with Wildman Team Members.

4 OUTCOME: Perform Consistent with Wildman Core Values

STRENGTHS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Successfully completed sophomore year of Marketing or Business or similar bachelors degree program with an accredited college or university.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Positive attitude required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct adhoc tasks as needed to support business initiatives.
  • Regular and predictable attendance / 24 hours per week.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit at a desk for a prolonged period of time.
