Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing insurance strategies as well as working closely with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and providing support on insurance products and services
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts including renewals endorsements and other policyrelated activities
  • Collaborate with underwriters and external partners to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients
  • Develop and implement insurance strategies to address clients risk management needs and goals
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess clients coverage needs and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Keep abreast of industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice to clients
  • Foster strong relationships with clients promoting client retention and loyalty through exceptional service and proactive communication
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and contribute to the companys growth

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or related roles
  • Possess an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products coverages and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex insurance information develop solutions and present recommendations to clients
  • Proficiency in insurance industry software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $60k$65k (based on experience)
