Are you a highly organized detailoriented professional with a passion for administrative excellenceC. Harper Auto Group is actively seeking a Title Clerk to join our growing Titles Team at our Ford / KIA dealership in Belle Vernon PA. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vehicle titles and registrations across our expansive dealership network.
As a Title Clerk youll be part of a fastpaced administrative team where your ability to manage legal documentation ensure compliance and maintain meticulous records will directly contribute to our continued success and reputation for excellence.
Process and submit vehicle titles and registrations for new and preowned vehicles in compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations.
Review and verify legal documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Handle interstate title transfers ensuring proper documentation and followup with state agencies.
Maintain organized records filing systems and logs for all pending and completed title work.
Input relevant accounting data and prepare paperwork for vehicle transfers between dealerships or to customers.
Proactively track and resolve titlerelated discrepancies delays or missing information.
Serve as a liaison between sales departments customers and state agencies regarding titling concerns.
Uphold professionalism confidentiality and a positive teamoriented attitude in a dynamic administrative setting.
Prior experience in automotive title processing DMV paperwork or similar administrative role strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and dealership management software (e.g. CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or similar).
Strong knowledge of PA title regulations and DMV procedures (knowledge of outofstate processing a plus).
Exceptional attention to detail organization and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
High level of professionalism and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.
