The Opportunity
For our live and on demand TV Development team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a Content Development Producer full time permanent.
In this role you will be responsible for the development innovation and refinement of QVCs TV and OTT formats in synergy with the companys multiplatform strategy driving the evolution and success of our TV content.

Your Impact
Reporting to the Big Screen Development Production Manager youll:
Strategic Innovation: be responsible for develop and implement innovative content format and product presentations in live and ondemand TV maximizing audience engagement and sales.
Collaborative Excellence: work closely with internal and external teams using your excellent interpersonal skills to manage complex projects.
CrossPlatform: collaborate with the Multiplatform team proposing effective strategies for TV and OTT platforms in support of commercial campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: monitor performance data from TV and OTT platforms making prompt adjustments to improve outcomes and align strategies to achieve goals.
EndtoEnd Production: you will oversee all stages of production from ideation to broadcast ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of idea.
What you bring
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Media or Advertising Marketing Digital media or equivalent.
3 years of professional experience in Media Television production or Advertising.
Experience in Sales Strategy would be advantageous as well as possessing an understanding of marketing campaigns.
Ability to engage the audience while delivering compelling and meaningful presentations and briefs.
Creative mindset with exposure to TV format production as we encourage new ideas.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and familiarity with AI tools.
Fluent English.
Soft Skills:
Great time management skills and the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Excellent decisionmaking skills with leadership abilities.
