Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
21 per hour paid breaks
Day shifts 24 hours per week
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) looking for a fulfilling day shift role Our client a wellestablished care home in Swindon is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide outstanding care to residents with nursing and dementia needs.
What Youll Need:
- Valid NMC Registration (UK) RGN or RMN qualification
- Strong Clinical Knowledge Uptodate nursing practices and experience in a daytime care setting
- Care Planning Expertise Skilled in writing care plans risk assessments and dietary plans
- Regulatory Understanding Familiarity with MCA & DoLS guidelines
- Team Player & Communicator Able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver Quality Care Administer medication monitor vital signs and respond to medical needs
- Ensure Seamless Care Communicate with daytime staff for continuity in patient care
- Keep Records Accurate Maintain clear and uptodate documentation
- Work as a Team Collaborate with doctors therapists and fellow nurses
- Maintain Safety & Hygiene Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean secure
