Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve customers by answering phones greeting welcoming and assisting for all Service related candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. The Service Receptionist is the first person to greet visitors both telephonically and inperson in the Service department. The Service Receptionist will answer a multiline telephone system and greet visitors in a timely pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
  • Data entry
  • Dispatching
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed
  • Determine callers needs and route to the appropriate department
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Determine visitors needs and contact the appropriate department
  • Assist various departments with special projects as needed
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to all service customers and vendors
  • Ability to speak with and handle irate customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to problem solve

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Receptionist Dispatcher or Administrative role in a professional business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible hours
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with answering a multiline system
  • Professional appearance a must
  • Friendly and courtesy disposition
  • Must be a motivated selfstarter
  • Able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • Solid timemanagement skills
