We are so excited to be assisting a luxury 4star hotel nestled in a charming Cotswolds village. Home to a vibrant 1 Rosette restaurant they are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade crafting exceptional dishes with the finest seasonal ingredients.

- 31075 per annum plus 3000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating a diverse range of dishes that meet the highest standards of quality presentation and taste.
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen brigade across all service periods including breakfast lunch afternoon tea and dinner.
- Liaising with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to suggest improvements and help refine dishes and service.
- Ensuring consistency in dish quality while setting and maintaining high standards for the brigade.
- Supporting junior team members fostering positive teamwork and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
