Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of supervisory experience required.
- Associates degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
- Serv Safe certification required.
Essential Functions:
- Oversees daily food service operations ensuring staff have necessary resources and meet goals.
- Assists with cash controls payroll and scheduling.
- Identifies and resolves operational issues involving appropriate resources as needed.
- Supervises staff by assigning tasks monitoring performance and prioritizing key activities.
- Provides feedback to employees to encourage and improve performance.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintains a safe work environment through training and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implements quality improvements and communicates operational standards.
- Promotes employee satisfaction and ensures regulatory standards are met in all service areas.
- Maintains highquality service delivery.
- Supports workplace diversity initiatives.
