Our Human Resources Department is seeking a Fulltime Termcertain Administrative Assistant. This position is for a 12month term from May 1 2025 April 30 2026 working 35 hours weekly from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.
The positionreportsto theManager of Human Resources and is the first point of contact for the HR office addressing general questions via email and telephonically. The primary function of this role is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This position deals with administrative office tasks including walkin traffic phone calls and addressing questions scheduling meetingsHRISdatabase updates records maintenance report administration recruitment administration administrative support/assistance and support onvarious projects.
This position will require an understanding of discretion and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a Diploma in Office Administration with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar role. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
