Now Hiring: General Manager
Location: The Egg Bistro
Type: FullTime Mornings Only (because we brunch hard not late)

The Egg Bistro is a highenergy fastpaced and flavorpacked brunch spot that doesnt believe in doing things halfway. Were all about bold flavors bold personalities and a team that brings their Agame before noon.
Were on the hunt for a General Manager who has equal parts leader motivator and operations wizard someone who can steer the ship build a badass team and make magic happen between 7 AM and 3 PM.
What Youll Do:
Lead daytoday operations with confidence clarity and cool under pressure
Build coach and motivate a team of gogetters and brunch lovers
Hit labor and cost goals like a boss
Own guest experience team morale and operational flow all before most people eat lunch
Jump into the action when needed (no deskonly leaders here)
Drive scheduling inventory and daily planning with precision
Be the culture keeper setting the tone and owning our standard of excellence
What Were Looking For:
Proven restaurant leadership experience (GM AGM or FOH manager)
Strong knowledge of labor scheduling food cost & P&L
A peoplefirst leadership style you lift people up not tear them down
Can manage a rush and still smile (and help others do the same)
Big on accountability culture and hustle
Weekend availability is a must (brunch is our Super Bowl)
