Job Description
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a usercentered design professional who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive engaging and aesthetically appealing digital experiences. The Senior UX Designer will work closely with crossfunctional teams including UI designers developers managers and onshore stakeholders to deliver bestinclass user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute UX design strategies to create usercentric digital solutions.
Conduct user research usability testing and heuristic evaluations to drive design decisions.
Develop wireframes user flows personas prototypes and highfidelity mockups.
Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize and improve existing designs.
Advocate for accessibility usability and inclusive design best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and UX best practices.
Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Mentor and guide junior UX designers within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree and additionally any training or certification in UX/UI Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) Graphic Design or a related field would be preferred.
6 years of experience in UX design for web and mobile applications is a must.
Strong proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch Axure etc.
Knowledge of basic to intermediate levels in HTML CSS Javascript and React.
Knowledge of basic to intermediate levels in Database technologies and Web technologies would be preferred.
Deep understanding of usercentered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
Deep understanding of accessibility associated standards and technologies such as WCAG ADA etc.
Experience with usability testing user research and datadriven design improvements.
Experience with AI driven technologies working with Agile methods and VO interfaces will be a plus.
Knowledge in the use of JIRA is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills using multiple methods.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Should be ready/flexible to work in shifts.
