Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work.
- Pick up needed material from suppliers
- Manage inventoryof stocked material
- Work with department supervisor and communicate with customers
- Collect payment from the customer once work is completed
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment both on the job site and in company vehicles
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects G&W in a positive manner
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Pass a background check
- 12 years repair experience preferred but willing to train
- Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation and Benefits
- Commission based 25 commission on repairs (earning potential of 50k75k)
