Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and customerfocused Property & Casualty Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Sell various insurance products including property and casualty insurance policies to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Stay uptodate on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Process insurance policy applications and handle policy renewals and changes
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide effective insurance solutions to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role with a focus on property and casualty insurance
- Proficiency in insurance sales and customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required
- A valid Life & Health insurance license is a plus
