Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Birmingham City Centre Hybrid

Employment Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with queries relating to mortgages loans and related financial products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Educate customers on our products services and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customerfacing role
  • Background in financial services and lending products is desirable
  • CeMAP qualification (or currently working towards it) is preferred
  • Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous but not essential
