Personal Trainer and Administrative Assistant
One on One seeks committed careeroriented individuals to join our team of professionals in State College Pennsylvania. Our culture and commitment to excellence makes One on One truly special. We are not a health club; we do nothing but specialized fitness and nutrition programming. This entry level position includes 5weeks of training in our Personal Fitness Training Instructor program and unlimited growth opportunities. All fulltime team members with 4 years of service earn over $70000 plus benefits.
This dualrole position combines personal training and administrative support making it ideal for someone with a passion for health and wellness paired with strong organizational skills. As a personal trainer you will conduct oneonone and small group training sessions and as an administrative assistant you will manage office tasks promotional initiatives and event planning.

Key responsibilities:
- Personal fitness training. Parttime schedule of clients upon completion of our fiveweek Personal Fitness Trainer Instructor Program.
- Website. Maintaining our website to ensure optimal messaging and SEO.
- Social Media and blog posting. Daily management of One on Ones social media and blog presence.
- Event Planning. Managing One on Ones educational and social events from start to finish.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A passion for fitness and making a positive difference in the lives of others
- A true desire to promote healthy living within our internal community and community atlarge
- A desire to grow professionally and be part of team
The following is preferred but not required:
- Bachelors degree preferably in the area of health and human development
- Nationally recognized personal training certification
- Experience with Wordpress Facebook/Instagram Canva and Constant Contact
