What youll do
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Release Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and extensive experience in compliance with GXP SOX and other regulatory requirements. This role will be responsible for leading sprint teams managing release cycles and ensuring that all processes adhere to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate sprint release processes including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
- Manage release cycles including planning scheduling and coordinating releases across multiple teams.
- Ensure compliance with GXP SOX and other regulatory requirements throughout the development and release process.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize backlog items.
- Monitor and report on team performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to release management and compliance processes.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in agile methodologies and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Leader or Release Manager preferably in a Salesforce environment.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of GXP SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Additional certifications in agile methodologies or compliance standards.
- Experience with other CRM platforms and enterprise software solutions.
