Summary
For the HENSOLDT Customer Services division we are looking for a Sales Manager Services (f/m/d) at the Kiel location as soon as possible.Your Tasks
Acquisition and support of customers in the area of special shelters IFF certification and services for special vehicles etc. for special vehicles
Identification and development of new market potential for services on a national and international level
Close cooperation with project management to translate customer requirements into feasible service offers
Calculation and preparation of offers in coordination with project management
Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with internal and external customers taking time costs and quality into account time costs and quality
Supporting service projects in the initiation and implementation phase to ensure customer satisfaction
Creating and presenting sales strategies to open up new business areas
Supporting the development and implementation of new service concepts through market analyses and customer feedback
Ensuring longterm customer loyalty through professional stakeholder management
Participating in trade fairs conferences and industry events to expand networks and identify market trends
Willingness to travel internationally is a prerequisite.
Your Profile
Completed studies or comparable qualification in electrical engineering business administration industrial engineering technical sales or comparable
Experience in technical sales (ideally in the field of services special construction communication technology or related industries)
Experience in preparing quotations and calculations for national and international customers
Knowledge of project management especially in working with service and technical teams
Basic knowledge of contract law and contract negotiation (service contracts maintenance contracts)
Confident handling of CRM systems and common Office applications (Excel PowerPoint ERP systems)
Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
Customeroriented thinking and entrepreneurial action to develop customized service offers
Independent structured and goaloriented way of working
Ability to work in a team and cooperate especially in cooperation with project management
Fluent in German and English other foreign languages advantageous
