Job Description
RCR Mining Technologies are seeking experiencedHydraulic Fitter to join our team on a fulltimebasis located in our Bunbury Workshop.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customerexperiences with a knack for technical understanding Do you aspireto work with a progressive team where your potential can trulyshine We have an exciting opportunity for a Hydraulic Fitter atRCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT) a leading business unit within NRWHoldings. This position requires excellent hydraulic fitting skillsand a thirst for understanding the intricacies of hydraulic systemsused in the mining industry. The Hydraulic Fitter must consistentlyprovide efficient and professional hydraulic fitting services tosupport the installation maintenance and troubleshooting ofhydraulic components and systems in mining technologies.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage Hydraulic Hoses Tubes Valves and Pump overhauls.
- Assemble to OEM tolerances and specification
- Operates and maintains all workshop equipment within your skill set
- Reviews drawings instructions blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production
- Provide feedback and input in relation to opportunities for improvement i.e. tooling processes and working environment
- Ensure that all machines and equipment are maintained in a clean and tidy condition and that no items are left loose
- Overseeing guiding and assisting apprentices and trades assistants
To be considered for this position you must possess thefollowing:
- Live locally or willing to relocate to the Southwest
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- Work at Heights Certificate
- Confined Space Certificate
- Dogging/Rigging (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift Ticket (preferred but not essential)
- Fitness to handle manual labour and provide a clear drug and alcohol screening
- A solid commitment to safety along with a genuine reliable nature.
