Join Our Claims Consultant Pipeline!
Are you ready to make a difference in delivering exceptional claims advice and administration Were building a pipeline for dynamic Claims Consultants who are passionate about providing professional service fostering strong client relationships and ensuring efficient claims processes.
What Youll Do:
- Minimise claims expenses and general costs effectively.
- Deliver accurate professional and timely communication to all stakeholders ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build lasting relationships with clients account executives and insurers.
- Manage endtoend claims administration including receiving notifications appointing assessors and applying policy terms.
- Maintain uptodate records and ensure seamless claims resolution.
- Actively contribute to improving processes team performance and client satisfaction.
- Detect and report potential fraud or misrepresentation.
What Youll Need:
Qualifications:
- Matric (or equivalent)
- RE 5 certification
- FAIScompliant qualification or credits
- Computer proficiency (CIMS knowledge is advantageous)
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in claims (Personal Lines and Commercial)
