Brief about the Company:
Raasta Studios started off as a video production company which is primarily focused on strategy design and of both external and internal communications video content for corporates brands NGOs educational institutions Government departments events and conferences across multiple industries. Based out of Hyderabad we served clients across the country in the last 10 years. We are a team of 30 individuals and we have more than 350 individuals in the community of creative partners who collaborate with us for project .
At Raasta Studios Creative Producer is focused on understanding clients needs/challenges and discovering creative requirements to each of them. Were searching for a qualified and resourceful Creative Producer to deliver projects to our clients ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Creative Producer will have both strategic and administrative responsibilities. At Raasta Studios we understand that our business thrives when we delight our clients with timelines and creativity for every single project. We are looking for a Creative Producer whose work delights clients as well as the team assembled for the project.
Objectives of this role
Onboard Clients with clear understanding of client requirements.
Creative Management of the projects adhering to the timelines.
Gathering Talent Resources and Approvals in the Pre Production stage.
Supervise the Production considering Client objectives.
Ownership towards the content and ensure client objectives are met during the Post Production stage.
Delight the clients during closure of each project.
Responsibilities
Help the business development team with Concept/Approach Notes for a potential client.
Assist business development team with Project Timelines & Budgets (wherever required).
Maintain Clear communication and detailed records for every project.
Identify required internal/external talent and assemble the team with clear expectations.
Get necessary approvals for key decisions at every stage of the project.
Coordinate with all departments for their respective deliverables. (Eg script storyboards production etc)
Oversee the Production as per the brief script shot division and client requirements.
Assign a Filmmaker/ DOP to be responsible for Footage Copying and Backup.
Send all the cuts with proper watermarks & descriptions through mail for Post Production.
Post production timeline to be maintained and any change should be communicated with the team internally and the client.
Quality Check of every deliverable at each step before it is sent to the client.

Project closure with the client and gather their satisfaction with the project over mail.
Archive the projects.
Gathering feedback and sharing feedback to the team at the end of the project along with the improvement areas.
Supporting Creative Operations Manager finding Creative Partners for the project.
Scheduling Interviews/Reviewing Profiles/Finding new talent.
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ethics and cultural awareness.
Aptitude for problemsolving and thorough knowledge of Creative Management.
Advanced knowledge of project management tools and ability to learn new technical systems when necessary.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Proven success working in the video production department.
Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of all tools while creating a professional video content.
