Vacancy: SALES MANAGER Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Southampton SO15
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Southampton area is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help build the sales team and increase the business share of this wellknown and highly visible brand.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic driven proactive selfmotivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role. Knowledge of the Southampton area would clinch the deal!

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency with a flourishing business an excellent local reputation and several busy offices in and around the Southampton area.
Skills required for this Sales Manager / Lister role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Some management experience beneficial
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
- NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
