Job Description
About the role:
We are a group of techies data analysts and digital marketers who have come together to provide nextgen eCommerce solutions. We help brands & private labels grow their businesses on platforms such as Amazon and their own website. We love brainstorming ideas on marketing businesses through cuttingedge technology solutions and utilize data to achieve the desired goals.
Current Offerings of Technology Department:
- Creating scalable and conversionfriendly eCommerce web platforms using headless architecture
- Building PWAs platforms to provide a better user experience
- Building distributor B2B portals
- Migrating legacy systems to boost conversions while preserving their orders customers product data and SEO benefits
What Youll Do:
- Design and develop customerfocused solutions on the Shopify platform
- Assist the PM in discussing functionality requirements and technical solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions and scaling solutions to meet customer expectations
- Configure Shopify instance as per the eCommerce requirements of the client
- Create highlevel technical design documentation
- Ensure new and legacy features/ apps meet quality standards
- Work collaboratively with a small team to create beautiful products at scale
- Focus on agile development processes with the ability to make changes on the go
Requirements
What youll need:
1 Qualifications:
- Strong background in the eCommerce environment
- Good UX/UI skills and experience developing frontends via provided Sketch or Photoshop Files
- Expert in Shopify Plus Shopify Liquid template language
- Experience working with Admin API and Storefront API
- Experience with Shopify instance management and configuration
- Experience with code versions/branching tools like Git or SVN
- Solid knowledge of website performance
- Experience in testing your code including writing unit tests
- Handson experience with React or good knowledge of AJAX or JQuery is a plus
2 Skills & Attributes:
- Awareness of the Marketing Events Discounts Gift Cards and their configurations in Shopify
- Solid problemsolving and analytical skills
- Avid and thorough communicator to both technical and nontechnical parties
- A keen eye for details and focus on quality
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and flexibility
