DescriptionWork Schedule:
Fulltime 100 FTE 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45 AM 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seekinga Patient Scheduling Leadto:
- Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues training education communication and problem solving.
- Coordinate assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff.
- Monitor work schedules maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff.
- Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or other related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment Required
