In this pivotal role you will contribute to winning retaining and growing sales within our international enterprise accounts in the Consumer Products sector. You will empower our customers and partners to achieve their business and IT transformation goals through Red Hats innovative services and solutions.
What youll do:
Craft Tailored Strategies:Develop personalized account strategies that align with Red Hats overarching sales approach addressing each customers unique needs and challenges through strategic planning.
Drive Customer Success:Implement account strategies that enhance performance and customer satisfaction focusing on retention and growth in key accounts while delivering exceptional value.
Identify Growth Opportunities:Actively seek out opportunities for upselling crossselling and renewals within the Red Hat portfolio increasing our influence and presence within each account.
Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with Solution Architects Customer Success teams and industry experts to align Red Hat solutions with customer needs guiding them through the entire sales process.
Build Lasting Relationships:Cultivate strong relationships across customer organizations positioning Red Hat as a trusted strategic partner and advisor.
Empower Success and Growth:Partner with the Customer Success team to codevelop Success and Growth Plans ensuring our solutions provide tangible value and support customer expansion and retention goals.
Engage with Partners:Collaborate with partners to enhance Red Hats value proposition ensuring our customers receive the best support and solutions.
What youll bring:
Influential Communicator:You possess exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse range of stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
CustomerCentric Mindset:You take a strategic approach to understanding customer needs and can build compelling business cases that highlight ROI and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Industry Knowledge:You have a solid understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes and you know how Red Hat differentiates itself in the market.
International Engagement:You are comfortable managing international accounts and collaborating with teams both within and outside the U.K.
Storytelling Skills:You can articulate the hybrid cloud narrative and the unique value of Red Hat solutions in oneonone discussions with key customer stakeholders. (Enablement training will be provided!
Relationship Builder:You genuinely enjoy fostering longterm relationships and developing advocates within the customer organization including IT and related business teams.
Proven Track Record:You have experience selling complex IT solutions to large organizations and can effectively engage with multiple decisionmakers to achieve success.
Willingness to Travel:You are flexible and open to travel across the region as needed.
