About the unit
As a team member in the radiology unit you have the opportunity to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. Assume responsibility and maintains the general care and safety of patients during imaging procedures.

Scope of work
Perform a wide range of general diagnostic imaging procedures in the imaging department in surgery and the Emergency Department and at the patients bedside. Proficiently operate imaging equipment. Utilize the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). Apply principles of radiation safety and practices ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable). Perform EHR clerical functions related to patient chart documentation.
