About the Role
Essity Health and Medical is looking for a dynamic Marketing Activation Manager to join our team where youll play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives across various brands and channels. At Essity we are committed to innovation and excellence and we are looking for a passionate individual to help us achieve our goals.
As a Marketing Activation Manager you will be responsible for executing marketing plans for the Wound Care team. You will create execute and follow up on media plans ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and KPIs. Your expertise in marketing and media across Health and Medical channels will be invaluable. You will also provide insights to key stakeholders and partner with sales to synchronize marketing activities at customer points of sale. Additionally you will drive a full digital funnel approach leveraging CRM for scalable digital activities and support customer education using global materials.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Charlotte NC (preferred) or Philadelphia PA.

What You Will Do:
- Execute marketing plans according to briefs from BMs.
- Create execute and follow up on media plans.
- Ensure sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation.
- Drive constructive dialogue with BMs regarding A&P allocation.
- Provide channel and customer insights to local BMs.
- Partner with sales for synchronized marketing and sales activities at POS.
- Drive a full digital funnel approach to improve sales and marketing productivity.
- Support customer education in line with global guidance.
- Manage marketing operations and sales support activities.
- Ensure personal development of team members (where applicable).
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 3 years experience in Market Activation preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Familiar with KOL Engagement Case Studies and collaborating with a field Clinical Team
- Clinical Experience a plus
- Experience with managing external agency partners.
- Experienced in BTB and BTC.
- Skilled in creating and executing media plans.
- Proficient in leveraging DME and CRM for digital activities.
