We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Chartered Accountant with a background in NonBanking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and fintech. The ideal candidate should possess 45 years of work experience with 23 years of experience in matters related to financial management compliance and reporting within the NBFC and Fintech sector.
World Goods Marketplace (WOGOM) is a cloudbased business to business (B2B) marketplace that provides a catalytic digital environment for the traditional retail businesses. We currently serve distributors sellers and brands helping them improve their overall operational efficiency. WOGOM improves the overall accessibility and affordability throughout the retail value chain. WOGOM is a funded startup operating in two critical geographies and is now expanding in terms of product offerings and geographies.
Reporting and Analysis
provide insightful reports and recommendations.
accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Compliance
updated with the latest NBFC regulations and ensure the organizations adherence.
and submit necessary compliance reports and documentation.
and Internal Controls
and oversee internal and external audits.
and monitor effective internal control procedures.
and Financial Planning
with relevant teams to develop accurate budgets and financial forecasts.

Management:

A Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with an active membership.
45 years of experience in Financial Management
A minimum of 23 years of pertinent experience in the NBFC and Fintech sector.
A robust understanding of NBFC regulations financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
A demonstrated history in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting. Proficiency in utilizing financial software and tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
Possess a detailoriented and analytical mindset with an adeptness in effective problemsolving.
Leadership skills to guide and foster the growth of team members.
Flexibility in adapting to changing regulatory environments and evolving business requirements.
