JOB SUMMARY
The Technology Manager provides technical leadership in planning implementing and supporting district IT systems while overseeing cybersecurity initiatives ensuring reliable technology services for both instructional and operational needs. They manage all networks infrastructure endpoints and cloud services while coordinating with the High Desert ESD Network Operations Center (HDESD NOC) for connectivity services and leading the technical team through complex challenges. This forwardthinking securityconscious leader serves as the primary technical expert guiding professional development establishing service standards directing workflows and shaping future technology planning while staying current with industry trends and serving as the escalation point for highlevel technical issues across the district.
