We are hiring a speech and language pathologist for the202526 school year.This is a fulltime permanent position that requires a Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Oregons Board of Examiners for SpeechLanguage Pathology and Audiology.
This position primarily serves our dual language immersion elementary school but also provides support for bilingual evaluations across the school district.Please note bilingualism in English and Spanish is for this position. We are pleased to offer aonetime$3500 signing bonusto licensed new hires whoare bilingual in English and Spanish.
Additionally all SLPs receive an annual stipend of $2500.

- Annual Stipends
- National Board Certification (including ASHA): $1000
- Doctorate Degree: $1000
- Nurses OTs PTs School Psychologists and SLPs: $2500
- DLI: $2500
- Insurance
- $1564 monthly district contribution for medical dental and vision coverage
- Licensed insurance money is pooled funds that are unused by other licensed staff mayreduce or eliminate your outofpocket expenses
- Monthly optout stipend for individuals who waive coverage
- Option to enroll in highdeductible HSAeligible plan the district will contribute funds remaining from your monthly contribution into an HSA
- 10 paid sick days per year
- 5 paid personal days per year with payout for up to three unused days
- 3 paid IEP workload relief days per year
- 70 minutes of daily protected prep time (minimum)
- Payment at per diem for loss of prep time due to student meetings
- Option to work remotely on grading days and nonstudent work days
- Up to 12 quarter credits oftuition or professional development reimbursementat the Portland State University rate
