Job Description

The GoToMarket (GTM) Program Manager plays a critical role in executing our most impactful product and technology initiatives. In this role you will oversee GTM activities across Commercialization Marketing Product Management and Sales ensuring seamless coordination and . You will own the final mile of bringing innovative healthcare solutions to market spanning Provider Payer Life Sciences and HealthTech segments.

This role requires a highly motivated resultsdriven individual who thrives in ambiguity and complexity quickly translating strategic vision into action. As a trusted partner to senior leadership you will provide expert guidance to align GTM with product and organizational goals.

WHAT YOULL DO:

    • Manage crossfunctional gotomarket (GTM) activities to increase market impact.
    • Oversee market evaluation financial modeling sales training and enablement efforts..
    • Program manage product launch initiatives and showcase customer value through qualitative stories customer references and case studies.
    • Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance market reach and drive channel integrations.
    • Facilitate the Customer Advisory Council to gather insights and drive engagement.
    • Identify and resolve blockers through risk assessments mitigation planning and escalation as needed.
    • Lead reporting activities including executive readouts KPI tracking and transparent communication.
    • Create artifacts and communication methods for senior leadership and Board of Directors updates.
    • Develop and implement best practices to scale GTM program management.
    • Crosstrain other program managers to expand GTM program management capabilities.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

    • 5 years of handson project or program management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare solutions to market efficiently.
    • Experience in marketing strategy or business development within a SaaSbased company.
    • Experience in healthcare technology is strongly preferred.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust resolve conflicts and drive alignment across technical and nontechnical teams.
    • Executive presence and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical nontechnical and senior leadership audiences.
    • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced everchanging environment with the ability to pivot and prioritize effectively.
    • A collaborative spirit and a strong voice whether loud or quiet. We value your perspective ideas and questions as well as your ability to foster shared understanding and success.
$100000 $135000 a year
Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level role requirements and each candidates experience skills and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly.
