Job Description
This is a Hybrid Role 3 Days at home 2 days in our Bohemia NY office
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team
- One of your tasks will be to draft complex service sales documentation reports and correspondence
- In this role you will handle customer phone calls in the absence of service sales reps and back the Order Process Management team to ensure all customer calls are answered
- Proactively contribute to additional projects that align with the departments vision and goals
- Process sample orders
- Provide stock and lead times to sales and customers
- One of your goals will be to maintain a 2448hour response time on all requests
- Maintain all Customer Specific Pricing
- You will manage and draft complex sales documentation reports and correspondence
- You will be expected to provide status on contract acceptance route complete contracts and send purchase orders to the contracts team
- One of your duties will be to manage the shared mailboxes on a rotating schedule.
- Other duties as required
What will convince us:
- Bachelors degree or associate degree with 2 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in a sales support role
- You possess 2 years of work experience in customer service or order processing
- You have proven reporting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or any field management software
