Job Description
Trainee program for one year then change into Business Development Engineer or Sales Engineer mainly for PREIncineration/MSW/Waste/Textile Sorting and other new segments and applications
Business Development Engineer will consult customers and colleagues and develop new solutions in international environment
- Gaining knowledge of different segments and waste sorting applications
- Preparation of small projects and studies during customer visits
- Gaining experience in different departments of TOMRA Sorting (Test facility Service and Project management Sales etc.
- Training of soft skills (presentations etc. will be provided
In final position as Business Development Engineer or Sales Engineer:
- Support PreIncineration/ MSW /Waste/ Textile and other BD/Sales segments
- Internal and external consulting: Develop concepts and solutions for customers and colleagues in Sales
- Develop markets and MSW segment as a pioneer for waste sorting
- Analyse performance of existing installations
- Develop new applications
- Perform market studies
- Prepare presentations for different target audience (training conferences customers etc.
Qualifications :
- University Graduate preferably in the field mechanical engineering waste management/ environmental engineering or 13 years work experience
- Living near Koblenz (close to MlheimKrlich)
- Willing to extensive travelling > 50
- Drivers license
- Fluent in German and English
- Good communication skills (with customers and colleagues) and crosscultural competence
- Creative and innovative willing and able to develop new ideas and solutions
- Interested in working within waste and recycling sector
