Job Description
Main tasks:
- Installation and configuration of hardware equipment.
- Installation configuration and maintenance of email clients.
- Installation and maintenance of printing/copying equipment.
- Controlling and maintaining the backup system.
- Participate in the installation and configuration of the new workstations as well as in the development of the hardware equipment park provided by the company;
- Installs configures and then ensures the proper functioning of email clients;
- Perform maintenance operations of workstations servers and network equipment (periodic verification of hard and soft equipment);
- Performs computer network management control (user policies groups group policies);
- Controls supplies stocks and prepares orders to suppliers for them from the ERP system;
- Reports weekly to the IT manager the problems arising in the performance of current tasks and in the operation of the computer network;
Qualifications :
- Technical university studies
- Installation and maintenance of IT equipment
- Office 365
- Soft skills
- English language advanced level
