JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AVP
Basic Function
- As an AVP in Software Development you would be a technical leader responsible for designing developing and maintaining software solutions leading teams and ensuring highquality reliable and scalable applications.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Guide coach and develop junior engineers fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
- Define and execute software development strategies:
Contribute to the overall technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage resources and projects effectively:
Allocate resources track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence:
Encourage knowledge sharing continuous learning and adherence to best practices.
- Technical design coding testing and debugging of complicated software components
- Adherence to the established best practices coding standards and conventions
Technical Expertise:
- Design and develop highquality software solutions: Create robust scalable and maintainable applications.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and technologies: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with product managers architects and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines: Ensure efficient and reliable software delivery processes.
- Adhere to secure coding practices: Mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Contribute to policy development and operational effectiveness: Advise on technical decisions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Communicate effectively: Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Participate in code reviews: Ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Implement effective unit testing practices: Ensure proper code design readability and reliability.
- Working experience of creating and understanding of detailed Technical and Functional design specification
Health Care domain (Preferred)
- Understanding of Health Care management vertical Knowledge of Payers Providers Authorization / Claims processing / Health Plan / health Insurance / knowledge of HIPPA / AHM

Working shift 1pm 11 pm IST
