Job Description
You will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition team a team of 60 recruiters in charge of building Doctolibs organization. As a Senior recruiter your role will be to attract engage and hire Doctolibs talents of tomorrow. You will work on the following roles within the organization: finance legal marketing strategy and HR. You will collaborate closely with our senior stakeholders defining needs and carrying out recruitment processes. You will have the opportunity to work on global hiring projects having an impact on the overall success of our talent acquisition team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Core Services & Executive hiring team.
What you will do
- Partner with our hiring managers and our senior leaders to build their teams in our various locations (with a focus in France);
- Develop a narrow understanding of Doctolibs strategy and business plans in order to comprehend our hiring needs and objectives;
- Design talent intelligence strategies when necessary in order to understand the talent pool youre looking into the market place and the way other organizations are structured;
- Build robust hiring briefs map role criteria define position description and document specifications;
- Structure and a carry out a targeted research and sourcing strategy;
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match cultural fit/add and compatibility;
- Offer guidance to both hiring managers and candidates through the completion of the recruitment process;
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure an efficient onboarding and followup of the leadership profiles you recruit;
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process including implementing innovative sourcing strategies leveraging technology and data analytics and enhancing candidate experience;
- Handle recruitment programs directly having an impact on the quality and velocity of delivery of our recruitments (such as diversity employer branding tools tracking candidate experience initiatives);
- Infuse a culture of excellence in our recruitment within the overall organization of talent acquisition.
Who you are
- You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment (inhouse or agency);
- You have demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates;
- You are at ease when assessing candidates including evaluating their qualifications experience cultural fit/add leadership potential and alignment with organizational values and strategic objectives;
- You have a real interest into following the success of the talents you recruit;
- You have excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills to establish and maintain relationships with executivelevel candidates and hiring managers;
- You have already worked in global environments and speak fluent English.
