Job Description

Champion Chevrolet GMC is seeking a Customer Service Representativein our Sales Department. If you enjoy helping customers through their car purchasing journey and providing courteous and professional assistance we likely have the right opportunity for your next career move. We have an immediate opening for talented team members with exceptional communication skills. Previous business developmentsales service customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.


Job Description

  • A typical workday includes assisting multiple customers with the ambition to ensure customers are being communicated to in a timely professional manner. Youll be expected to spend most of your day on the computer emailing making phone calls talking with customers answering questions and providing appointment information. In addition youll leverage email texting and video communications to support customer requests while they are considering our vehicles for purchase.
  • You will be expected to work alongside the sales people by communicating customer information needs and follow up.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Leveraging these skills to improve customer relationships is something that makes you genuinely happy.

  • You love collaborating across teams and are personable helpful and well organized.
  • You enjoy learning and improving your skills.
  • Youre able to complete a preemployment screening including a drug screen and background check.
  • Prior customer service experience required;call center or auto industry experience a plus.
  • Availability to work within the hours of 8:30 AM 8:00 PM including weekends.
