Job Description
We are seeking a detaildriven Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and play a key role in monthend close account reconciliation tax analysis and special projects. If you strive in a fastpaced collaborative environment and bring strong technical accounting skills we would love to hear from you.
This position is fulltime onsite
The key areas you will be working in are:
- Executive journal entries and support monthend close
- Prepare and analyze account reconciliations
- Assist with audits and tax return preparation
- Manage daily cash reconciliations and shareholder/tax payments
- Oversee fixed asset and inventory reporting
- Produce employee travel reports and support the Concur system
- Research financial/tax issues and support special projects
After one year youll know you were successful as you reflect on:
- A clean General ledger with correct data
- Met monthend reconciliations targets
- Became the goto person for D365
- Concur Expenses and reports are aligned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA a plus)
- 5 years of corporate accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software; advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication abilities
- Detailoriented and highly organized
