Job Title: LDAR Monitoring Technician at Trihydro Corporation

Location: Laramie Wyoming

Job Summary:
Trihydro one of the top environmental and engineering consulting firms in the country has an opening for an Environmental Monitoring Technician. Based in Laramie you will join our Air and Process Team and will assist with air quality monitoring associated with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) monitoring programs as well as other regulatory compliance activities in an industrial setting. This role involves approximately 4550 hours of work per week and requires up to 90 overnight travel predominately within NE MN IA SD and TX but could include nationwide travel.

Our Environmental Monitoring technicians (also called LDAR monitoring technicians) assist our clients in complying with environmental regulations by identifying equipment leaks for repair thus helping prevent emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position consists primarily of fieldbased work and requires walking and standing for extended periods as well as an ability to work comfortably at heights.
  • Due to the outdoor nature of the role work occurs in all weather conditions.
  • This role involves approximately 4050 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a clean driving record and current drivers license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Acceptable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
  • Acceptable written and oral communication skills with a strong desire to build successful relationships with clients and project team members.
  • Technical and problemsolving skills including attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A basic mechanical aptitude and an independent work ethic.
