Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the PLG team at Highways in Springvale. Youll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.
Highways is located in the hub of suburban southeast Melbourne on the perimeter of Ladbrokes Park (Sandown Racecourse).
Featuring a family friendly bistro with a designated kids play area great service and a relaxed atmosphere making it the perfect dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials Highways caters to both children and adults alike.

What will my duties include
Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service taking their orders and providing recommendations on food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organised work area including dining tables service stations and kitchen areas.
Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
What we are looking for:
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Food Handlers Certificate.
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Excellent Customer service skills.
Willingness to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
