The Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery is seeking to hire a Methods and Procedures Advisor I to perform advisory and technical tasks and studies relative to the effective and efficient operation of the Divisions Database Billing System. Maintains monitors and inputs provider information into the Database Billing System assuring accuracy of services locations etc. funded through contract and Medicaid. Assesses the completeness and accuracy of information from the licensure data base and eligibility for billing for funded providers reporting through the Departments Automated Reporting & Tracking System DARTS). Provides final review and approval of services for each provider to bill. Serves as consultant for internal and external staff as well as for funded providers by providing technical assistance for proper implementation of eligibility procedures. Travels to various sites in performance of duties.
