Job Description

- Fixed term contract role of 2 years
As an Integration Lead you will oversee the development maintenance and optimization of our SAPs Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration platform. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the platform meets the organizations scalability reliability and performance needs. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP BTP integration suites software architecture and best practices in platform engineering.

Deliver an integration environment that is reliable effective and addresses technology risk to ensure uptime and delivery within SLAs.
Deliver a continuous improvement program for the integration environment that meets the organizations evolving needs.
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design and implement robust platform architectures that meet the organizations performance scalability and security requirements.
Ensure the SAP integration team contributes to and supports Endeavours corporate vision and strategy.
Work closely with product managers operations teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide input to the technology direction and define solutions architecture design and development for the integration environment ensuring best practices and leveraging existing technology assets and investments.
Drive the SAP Business AI topics especially in the integration area.
Lead the response to platform incidents coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
Ensure the platform complies with relevant regulations and industry standards implementing security best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
Act as a technical subject matter expert provide product expertise guidance and instruction on SAP BTP platforms.
Aid team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions
Provide regular updates on team priorities and progress
Qualifications :
Now lets talk about you:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP integration
Understanding of the SAP BTP platform architecture and catalogue of services.
Deep Understanding all SAP BTP Integration related Services
Proven experience with BTP Integration Suite components (Cloud Integration API Management Integration Advisor Open Connectors) and Event Mesh.
Proven Data Integration experience in SAP Data Intelligence/ SAP Data Intelligence cloud
Proven Experience in SAP SLT for Data Replication
Proven Experience in Setting up the integration platform from beginning
Experience with the following technologies: OData REST SOAP IDOC RFC FTP/SFTP JDBC JMS Kafka AMQP MQTT CSV XML JSON YAML JAVA XSL Groovy/JS CDS View BW Extractor ABAP
Analytical resultsdriven and a solutionoriented way of work.
Proven experience 7 years) in designing and developing complex enterprisegrade integrations.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. At least 3 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead team lead architect or any other handson leadership role.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
