Your influential mission. You will...

• Engage in textbased online chats as a chat moderator;
• Welcome and engage players as they enter chat rooms encourage participation and foster a friendly atmosphere;
• Build rapport and develop longlasting relationships with the players;
• Maintain the solid reputation of our brand;
• Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the chat room;
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with players through open communication;
• Provide regular updates on promotions personalized services and siterelated information;
• Ensure players follow chat room etiquette guidelines;
• Assist players with information regarding the games and the minigames;
• Host scheduled chat games to entertain players.

Qualifications :

• Have fluency in English;
• Possess excellent communication computer and time management skills;
• Are available to work on shifts;
• Can build trust and positive relationships with customers through consistent engagement and interactive communication;
• Have a tactful and diplomatic approach to enforcing chat rules and guidelines while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere;
• Are diplomatic patient and able to handle demanding situations;
• Can work independently and within a team prioritizing tasks effectively.
