Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our client in Randolph NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:30AM 4PM or...
- 2nd Shift: 4PM 12:30AM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
The StandUp Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating a standup reach forklift to move stack and organize inventory in the warehouse. This role plays a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient material handling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a standup reach forklift to transport retrieve and store materials.
- Load and unload pallets from racks and staging areas safely and efficiently.
- Follow warehouse procedures for inventory handling and storage.
- Conduct preoperation equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Support inventory accuracy by following pick putaway and replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a standup reach truck.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
