The purpose of this position is to direct and supervise student oncampus housing as well as maintaining established policies and standards. The Supervisor is required to live on campus in an apartment at WITCC student housing. RESPONSIBILITIES : Plan studentoriented events with an emphasis on intentional interaction and retention. Direct student Resident Assistant training and meetings. Assist in developing budget; monitor expenditures and inventory. Schedule cleaning repairs and maintenance. Enforce housing policies and issue warnings and fines. Provide intervention and serve as liaison for residents. Market student housing to internal and external customers. Supervise student Resident Assistants and housing staff. Assist in resident financial aid and payment verification. Maintain regular occupancy and audit reports. Use excellent communication and human relation skills. Use database applications to create and manage files and communicate requested information maintaining confidentiality. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS : This is a fulltime grade 6 administrative position with a starting wage of $48032. Supervisors are required to live on campus in an apartment at WITCC student housing. Weekend oncall rotation required as well as occasional evening responsibilities which could include holidays. Fulltime benefits include health dental longterm disability and life insurance; retirement tuition waiver; vacation sick leave and holidays.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Experience in related field. Valid Drivers License. Bilingual skills a plus.
Work Schedule
Supervisors are required to live on campus in an apartment at WITCC student housing. Weekend oncall rotation required as well as occasional evening responsibilities which could include holidays.
