About the Role
Join us as a parttime tutor and play a vital role in helping students build skills and confidence. This is a remote flexible opportunity to earn supplemental income while positively impacting student learning outcomes.
What Were Looking For:
tutors with consistent availability during weekdays
Experience supporting K12 learners in reading math or both
Passion for empowering students and improving academic achievement
Willingness to undergo a background check and fingerprinting (covered by Littera)
Role Details & Benefits
Remote Work: 100 virtual tutoring in the United States
Flexible Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 7:00 PM EST (no weekends)
Subjects: Reading Math ELL you choose!
Compensation:
Tutors earn $22.50 per hour for English/ELL/Reading and Math sessions. $18 (base pay) X 1.25 (paid administrative time per hour) $22.50 per tutored hour. This is a W2 supplemental opportunity that pays biweekly!
$18/hour for trainings
Schedule: Up to 25 hours/week based on availability and student demand
Curriculum Provided: No lesson planning required
Small Group Sessions: 1:1 to 1:3 student ratios
Paid Training Background Check & Fingerprinting
Supportive Environment: Ongoing coaching and dedicated manager

Comfort using virtual tools and online learning platforms
