The Demo Fulfilment Representative is responsible for supporting the Demo business of North America by performing Demo Coordination function and duties including but not limited to entering and maintaining demo loans processing DMS (Demo Management Systems) selloffs kit availability inquiries loan conflict resolution loan approval phone support for field staff DMS (Demo Management Systems) stock model and kit BOM maintenance and DMS performance/ Inventory management reporting.
This position reports to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Customer Support team. This position will be ONSITE five days a week located at our facility in Wood Dale IL.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Oversee Demo Management Systems (DMS): Loan planning approval and management.
Conduct daily review approval scheduling and rescheduling conflicts release of DMS loan requests coordinating the return of loans from demo equipment users.
Lead DMS Selloff processing: Work directly with Customer Service to evaluate incoming Demo purchase orders identify kit articles disassemble for sell off and to organize and process the kit disassembly.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3 years experience in Materials Planning Customer Service Logistics or related Supply Chain role
Demonstrated experience in MS Excel
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Associates degree
Demonstrated experience in SAP Salesforce etc.

The annual salary range for this role is $50000.0060000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
